This all levels class will focus on strength, power, endurance, flexibility and balance. Although its an all level class Jen provides support and modifications for beginner students and can offer advanced variations for experienced yogis.

There are countless benefits from yoga practice: enhanced muscle tone, strength in the arms, legs, glutes and back, improved flexibility, mind-body awareness, greater ability to relax and its low impact. A workout for your body, mind & spirit.
